Susan Davis

Susan specializes in the leasing and sales of office and retail properties in Tulsa. Leasing activities have recently included leasing for a local Tulsa office park that consisted of 550,122 square feet. Susan has been active in Tulsa since the early 1990’s as a real estate associate and has extensive experience in Sales, Leasing, and Property Management. Once a Partner in a property management, sales, and leasing brokerage firm that specialized in distressed property, Susan has experience with the RTC, RDIC and private banks. She managed properties in Oklahoma, Arkansas and Texas. Her portfolio consisted of Office, Retail and Multi-family assets. In early 2002 she relocated to San Diego as an Asset and Property Acquisition Specialist and eventually moved to residential sales in the LaJolla area. She was Rookie of the Year and a member of the prestigious International President’s Award for sales volume.
